Club Activities

The club offer a coached swim session in a dedicated pool between 20:30 - 21:30 every Tuesday.

Open water swimming activator led sessions are on the agenda during the warmer months.

The club offer a regular spinning class through the off-season and in to pre-season between  19:00 - 20:00 on a Monday.

Once a month a Sunday club social ride is led by a coach or activator. between 9:00-12:00 This as it suggests, is a 2-3 hour ride at an easy pace with a coffee stop baked in to recharge the batteries!

Often focused towards the next local event, the club run coach leads a weekly run session between 17:00 - 18:00 every Wednesday.

All club activities and communications are via a Facebook private group which you will have access to when you become a member of the club.

Additional sessions you can look forward to include yoga, strength and conditioning,  and further activator led sessions around the three main disciplines.  During the off-season the head coach puts on a series of workshops covering all aspects of the sport to help beginners and seasoned pros alike.
